The Dialogue in the Name of the Future is a main research and educational program of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, which was launched in 2011. The Dialogue is traditionally organized at the end of each year and brings together experienced participants, including alumni of the Fund’s events and grant events.
The goal of the project is development of a discussion platform with the participation of young scientists-experts in international relations, political scientists, journalists, and representatives of think tanks and civil societies of Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries, Europe, Asia and other interested countries.

Who can become a participant?
young foreign affairs experts, political scientists, economists, lawyers, journalists, historians;
experts in military and civil innovation technologies, digital economy and cybersecurity;
representatives of NGOs focusing on the issues of international cooperation, public diplomacy and development of innovation technologies;
young diplomats and representatives of government agencies;
graduate and post-graduate students, professors of field-specific educational institutions.
The list of the participants is formed based on results of the applications review.
Requirements to participants:
knowledge of Russian;
a proactive approach to life and a desire to develop professionally.
Terms of participation:
The Gorchakov Fund will cover accommodation costs, meals, cultural program and transfers in Moscow included in the program. The Fund will provide visa support.
How to apply?
Once the call for applications for participation in the new project is published, the applicants should complete an application form of the Gorchakov Fund and attach an essay (if required), a short bio, links to several publications/videos/podcasts in the media, a photo (face photo, light solid background, vertical position), and a copy of the passport.
