The forum brings together foreign affairs experts from two countries – Russia and Germany. Since 2017, the event has been organized twice a year in partnership with the German-Russian Forum.
During the event, the attendees review perspectives of Moscow and Berlin on various issues of Russian-European relations and balance mutual interests and risks. The participants of the open discussion strive to find common solutions, identify areas of activities and design projects, which will support development of the cooperation.
