An expedition of Russian Language Ambassadors will visit three Turkish cities

On October 20, a series of events planned as part of the project "Russian Language Ambassadors" was launched in Turkey with the support of the Gorchakov Fund. The event will take place in three Turkish cities: at the Academy of Tourism in Antalya, at the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Ankara, at the Youth Center of the Mayor's Office in Istanbul and even on a steamboat on the Bosphorus bewteen two continents – Europe and Asia. The program will include lectures and master classes by professional philologists, a thematic quiz about the Russian language, and meetings with Guzel Yakhina – author of novels "Zuleikha opens her eyes", "Children of the Volga" and "Train to Samarkand", author of Totalny Diktant – 2018.
