“Development of Nation States and Constitutions: from the Ancient World into the 21st Century”. A lecture by Igor Semenovsky at the Gorchakov Fund
The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund invites you to attend a lecture by Igor Semenovsky “Development of Nation States and Constitutions: from the Ancient World into the 21st Century”, which will take place in Moscow on September 17.
How many nation states are there today on the planet and what is exactly considered a nation state? What constitution has the largest number of words and what constitution is the most laconic? How has the world map been changing over the past five thousand years and should it expect any new changes?
These and other questions will be answered during the lecture by instructor of the Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Operations of Financial University, Parliamentary Assistant of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia Dr. Igor Semenovsky.
