Results of the contest “Young Analyst-2017”, organized with the support of the Gorchakov Fund, were announced in Moscow

A final round of the contest “Young Analyst” took place at the premises of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow. This contest is traditionally organized with the support of the Gorchakov Fund.

According to the organizers – Center of Economic Development and Certification of Institute of Economic Strategies RAS (CEDC IES) – the event marked an end to a six-month intellectual marathon, which attracts young experts from different professional areas, who possess one major quality – an urge to think and win.

A common thematic platform of the contest was “Future – 2030. An Image and Achievement of Victory in Scientific and Technological Development of Russia”, as it was specified at CEDC IES.

701 contest applications from citizens of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine had been received. The number of geographical locations of the young experts, who had sent their applications, reached 131 (cities, towns and villages).

Based on the results of the first and the second stages of the contest, 28 participants had been approved to participate in the final round as part of the team and 5 participants as individuals from the list of winners in special nomination “Innovational Eurasia”. Winners in nomination “The Best Analytical Group” were Oleg Glibenko and Olga Zaitseva from the Kurchatov Institute.

The judges of the contest also selected the best ones in nominations “Leader of the Analytical Group” and “The Best Analyst”.
