“Russia and the EU: In Search for a Balance in the Post-Coronavirus World”. A roundtable with the participation of the Gorchakov Fund
On May 28, roundtable “Russia and the EU: In Search for a Balance in the Post-Coronavirus World” will take place online. The discussion will be organized by the Center for International and Regional Policy (CIRP), the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and Delovoy Peterburg newspaper.
The EU and Russia have significantly suffered from the COVID-19 pandemic. Unprecedented political and economic measures to slow down the spread of the coronavirus infection have been taken. How do those actions affect relations between Moscow and Brussels overall? How can the new balance of power in the world change them?
