The Diplomatic Seminar of the Gorchakov Fund opened in Novosibirsk
The XIII Diplomatic Seminar of the Gorchakov Fund has opened in Novosibirsk at the Government of the Novosibirsk Region. This time, the project has brought together participants not just from traditional countries like Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan, but also from exotic Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.
The Diplomatic Seminar will traditionally last for three days. During the first day, the participants will visit the Government of the Novosibirsk Region and Novosibirsk Expo Center. The second day will take place in Academgorodok at the premises of a new building of Novosibirsk State University and Technopark.
The ambitious agenda of the event includes discussions about experience of the Soviet diplomacy and current areas of the foreign policy of Russia, new trends in international relations, influence of digitization on sociopolitical processes and many other important issues.
Co-organizers of the event are the Government of the Novosibirsk Region and Novosibirsk State University. The workshop is also held with the support of Presidential Envoy to the Siberian Federal District Sergey Menyaylo. Autonomous Socially-Oriented NGO “Unknown Siberia” has become a technology partner of the event.
