The Gorchakov Fund and the Titulescu Foundation will organize a Russian-Romanian conference in Moscow
On March 16, the Gorchakov Fund together with the European Foundation Titulescu will organize a conference “Neighborhood and Good Neighborliness in Foreign Affairs. A Special Perspective on Russian-Romanian Relations”.
The Romanian delegation includes President of the European Foundation Titulescu Adrian Nestase, Ambassador of Romania to the Russian Federation (2004-2005), the first Rumanian astronaut Dumitru Prunariu, Director of the Institute for Political Studies of Defense and Military History Mihail Ionesku, Secretary General of the European Foundation Titulescu Florin Luca, Director of the Center for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies (University of Craiova) Florin Pasatoiu and university Professor (Bucharest, Stockholm) Florin Rotaru.
The Russian Federation will be represented by Executive Director of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund Leonid Drachevsky; Head of Department of European Political Studies of IMEMO Dr. Nadezhda Arbatova; Programs Director of Valdai International Discussion Club; Academic Advisor of the European Institute of MGIMO, Professor of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of HSE Dr. Oleg Barabanov; Director of the Center for European and International Studies at HSE Dr. Timofey Borodachev; Director of the Fourth European Department of MFA of Russia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko; Advisor to the Executive Director of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Romania (1997-2002) Valeriy Kenyaykin; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Romania (2011-2016) Oleg Malginov.
