The Potsdam Conference. Not a single global problem can be solved without Russia

On May 30, Russian-German seminar the Potsdam Conference opened in Berlin. Guests of the conference were welcomed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

 

He suggested thinking about a possibility of gradual removal of sanctions. The head of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs linked it with the progress in implementing the Minsk Protocol on Ukraine.

 

“My proposal of the last week – considering the progress in implementation of the Protocol – is to think about an opportunity of gradual removal of sanctions”, the minister said.
