The Russian-German Conference of Young Leaders will be held in Dresden with support of the Gorchakov Fund
On October 12-16, the VIII Russian-German Conference of Young Leaders, organized by non-profit partnership “Germany-Russia: A new Generation” jointly with the St. Petersburg State University of Economics, will be held in Dresden.
The Gorchakov Fund has bees been a financial partner of the event since 2013.
This time the forum will be held under the auspices of Minister-President of Saxony Stanislaw Tillich. Minister of Justice of Saxony Sebastian Gemkow, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Germany Vladimir Grinin and others will participate in the event.
Experts of the Gorchakov Fund – Director of the Eurasian Research Program of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club Timofey Bordachev and expert on humanitarian issues in foreign affairs Lubov Yaroshenko will make presentations within the framework of working sessions on Syria, sanctions and refugees.
Over 200 Russian and German young businessmen, journalists, teachers, politicians and others will get together at the conference.
The main goal of the event is to develop a unique platform for a successful bilateral dialogue among the young leaders of Russia and Germany.
