The School of Public Diplomacy is taking place in Armenia with support of the Gorchakov Fund
On October 1, the School of Public Diplomacy was opened in Tsagkhadzor (Armenia) with support of the Gorchakov Fund.
The participants were welcomed by head of the Office of Rosstrudnichestvo in Armenia Mark Kalinin and head of the Department of Global Politics and International Relations at the Russian-Armenian (Slavic) University Arman Navasardyan. The honorary guests stressed importance of such events, their timeliness and relevance to the Armenian youth audience.
The goal of the project is training professional young personnel in the field of “soft power” and creation of a platform for youth cooperation.
The students of the School of Public Diplomacy will receive an opportunity to attend lectures by well-known Russian and Armenian experts, visit government agencies of Armenia and develop and present their own projects in the field of foreign affairs during 4 days at the School.
The classes at the School will be completed on October 4.
