The XI Diplomatic Seminar has opened in Kaliningrad
On May 24, the XI Diplomatic Seminar of Young Experts has opened in Kaliningrad. The Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University once again has become a platform for one of the traditional events of the Gorchakov Fund.
The participants were welcomed by Rector of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University Andrei Klemeshev and Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund Roman Grishenin. After the official opening ceremony, a discussion dedicated to regional and international ties in politics, economy and the energy industry of the most western region of Russia took place.
We would like to remind that during the Diplomatic Seminar meetings with top scholars in the field of international relations, prominent political scientists and historians as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations will be held. Master classes and interactive sessions will also be organized for the attendees.
The Diplomatic Seminar of Young Experts is a research and educational program and a youth platform for an open dialogue on the problems of cooperation in the field of international relations, economy, law, public diplomacy and history. The project, which has been successfully implemented since 2012, gathers an audience of over 300 professionals and experts from 25 neighboring states and beyond. Participation in the project served as a good professional stimulus for further research and public activities for many of young scholars.
